Active Aging/Silver Sneakers

Focuses on preventing the health issues that surface with age. This class works on mental and physical health, including Cardiovascular conditioning, balance (fall prevention), strength, posture, increasing range of motion & mobility. 

Active Aging/Silver Sneakers Yoga

A complete series of seated & standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated & standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, strength & range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises & final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level.

Kettlebell AMPD

Uses kettlebells to perform upper body, lower body, and core exercises to heart pumping music

AMPD Fusion

Incorporates multiple AMPD STRONG Formats (AMPD Strength, Kettlebell AMPD, AMPD Resistance, AMPD Power Flow) using equipment including Barbells, Kettlebells and Resistance Bands for a full body strength and cardio workout.


A cardio jam session that is done by creating your own beat by ‘playing the drums’. This workout uses lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix that were made specifically for exercising. Instead of typically listening to music during a workout, you are the music.


High intensity interval training class focused on building muscle and increasing cardio endurance. Strength, cardio, and resistance exercises are utilized for all fitness levels. This class is centered around our Rig equipment which includes TRX bands, sled, battle ropes, free weights, kettlebells and medicine balls.


Danielle uses traditional as well as modern methodologies to guide you in an intentional practice of movement and breath. Your yoga practice is a time for you to turn your focus inward while also working on strengthening and stabilizing the breath and body. A full relaxation at the end of each class can help you to consciously rest and unwind before you move on to whatever life brings to you when you step off of your mat. 


We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
